• Fees are $650 per month, per dog

• Fees are due up front at the beginning of training

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the next available opening

• Generally takes 60 – 90 days of training to prepare your dog to assist you while handling cattle on your farm or ranch

• All dogs are required to be current on their yearly shots.

• All dogs brought to be trained will be wormed and given a heartworm preventative at the beginning of each month. This is included in the monthly fee.

If a dog is injured during training, the dog will be taken to the local vet and any medical care given will be at the expense of the owner.

Training 

What’s to be expected of your dog when
he/she returns from training:

 

• Your dog will have the ability to understand the commands: Down, Come, Behind, Keep Off, Go-Bye, and Away-to-me. Click here for explanations of Commands.
  
• Your dog will have had experience in assisting me in a real working environment. Examples are gathering cattle out of pastures and sorting cattle in the pens.
  
• Your dog will become a valuable asset to your farm or ranch after completing training.
